Thank you for Amberen! I wasn't sure how I was going to live the rest of my life living the way I was… Only 45, started early at 42 with menopause. Constant hot flashes every 20 minutes it seemed… through the day and the evenings much worse! Sleep deprived bloated and just plain miserable. I just took my first dose of RU21. Then I read the last couple of posts! That is where I got mine as well. Should I be worried? My flashes are so severe; I’m not getting much sleep. I’m waking up 6+ times a night and having to go outside in the cold or get an ice pack and then I’m wet and freezing!! Garr! Of course then it takes time to get back to sleep so 4-6 hrs. As usual! I’m pretty tired and cranky, but meningitis would be a lot worse. I will try to post back and let you know how RU21 is working for me.
